How we are responding to
The gravity of what has transpired these past many months has changed the way all of us conduct our daily lives, our family life and our work environment. Our industry is based on bringing people together ... to celebrate, to connect and to share all of life's wonderful occasions. And in times like this we believe it is even more important to stay connected and share moments with those you love.
Like all of you, we believe we have a role to play in protecting one another by following all rules, regulations and health requirements set forth by our government and public health experts. A such, we have been closely monitoring and adjusting our business as it relates to the COVID-19 global pandemic. In an effort to keep our customers apprised of our procedures and policies during this unsettled time, we wanted to advise you of the measures we are taking as a business, and how we are responding to this health crisis.
We are working with the care and safety of our clients, staff and all those that work with us as top priorities. We are available for phone calls, Zoom or Facetime event planning meetings. We will try to accommodate in-person meetings as best as we can ensuring physical distancing requirements and full masking. Site visits to venues are available with limited number of persons in attendance and with full adherence to masking and physical distancing.
For all our events that take place during the COVID-19 pandemic we follow all government mandated event restrictions. We adhere to size gathering restrictions and event physical distancing requirements with a strong focus on keeping our clients, their guests and our staff safe. Please keep in mind that regional rules and regulations for events change as the government and health departments respond to the Covid-19 pandemic.
In addition, we have implemented enhanced personal protective equipment which staff are required to use when handling all event supplies such as rentals, decor, signs, balloons etc.
Due to the unprecedented nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, all of our clients who wish to move or cancel their events to a new date, we are doing so compassionately without penalty from Twist Events, however we cannot speak for outside suppliers or venues. We will work with our vendors and suppliers to move dates and not lose third party deposits where possible. We would like to advise all of our clients that preferred suppliers, vendors and venues may not be available on future dates, but we will work hard to find replacements.
We hope you and your families stay healthy and safe and want to thank all our clients for their patience and continued support during these challenging times.
